Public Service Campaign
At
The Ad Club we’re constantly looking for ways to
serve both our constituents and the community. And while
we get a lot of satisfaction from all the programs we
offer, one project consistently tops the charts in the
feel-good category.
For
a period of two to three years at a time, The Ad Club
adopts a public service organization dedicated to helping
people in need. Then we muster industry professionals
from a wide range of firms and agencies to create an integrated
marketing campaign.
All
with the aim of making a difference in our community.
We use every marketing trick in the book. Every weapon
in our creative arsenal. And every volunteer we can marshal
from general advertising to PR, media, research, web design,
and direct response. We also refer volunteers for direct
service.
Ultimately,
we end up raising awareness of a great need. We establish
a lasting image for a worthy organization. And we come
away with the satisfaction of knowing that the world is
a little better off because of us.
Beginning
in 2004, we’ll be taking up the cause for The Home
for Little Wanderers, and partnering with them through
2006.
The
Home for Little Wanderers is a nationally renowned, private,
non-profit child and family service agency providing services
to more than 10,000 children and families each year through
over 30 programs that are measurably changing lives. The
mission of The Home is to ensure the healthy development
of children at risk, their families and communities through
an integrated system of prevention, advocacy, research
and a continuum of direct services. With a history dating
back to 1799, The Home for Little Wanderers is one of
the oldest child welfare agencies in the nation, and the
largest in New England.
