Learn the art of management and master the challenges of leadership. This course provides support, resources and tools to help you navigate changes in role and responsibility successfully!
Whether transitioning from a staff position or advancing to the next level of management-leadership, this program is an opportunity to take advantage of lessons learned from others, including how to manage up; manage former peers; how to handle conflict and difficult conversations; how to cope with the strain and stress of overload, ambiguity or adversity; how to gain confidence and influence others.
Group sessions cover the complimentary aspects of management and leadership: discovering your leadership style; self-management and development; communicating and adapting; motivating and developing staff; managing performance; setting and managing expectations (3600); strategic thinking and planning; delegating; team building. One-on-one coaching is tailored to individual needs and priorities.
