Marketing Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the execution of advertising sales and marketing promotion programs across Yankee Publishing products including sales team support, advertiser program fulfillment, customer contact and relationship maintenance, project management, event support and coordination, direct marketing execution, and the development of advertising sales materials and communications. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing proposals, presentations, promotions and agency and client relations. Provides support to Marketing Director and department in various functions.
REQUIREMENTS: BA and/or equivalent experience; 2-4 years of office administration or marketing communications experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or advertising sales environment. Exceptional organizational skills essential: Must be multi-tasking and service-minded; able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines. Exhibit a keen attention to detail; a self-starter with the proven ability to manage a project from beginning to end. Candidate must be a team player with consistent, clear, and concise business and marketing communication skills. Expertise with PC applications, including Windows, DOS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, Web and database management. Occasional travel required.
