SALES ASSISTANT-BOSTON

Respond to servicing and information requests from team members and advertisers; work with various internal groups to gather information for customers, as needed. Maintain records of account correspondence for future needs. Provide general support service for team. Act as a team player and contribute to the team's success. Implement directives of Managing
Directors and team members.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent Typing Skills; demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to: work in a team environment; gain new skills quickly and participate as a team member in group meetings.
  • In addition, take on diverse responsibilities; work under deadline constraints; and be accountable to and cooperate with Managing Directors and team members.
