POSITION

The Creative Marketing Specialist will provide creative direction and oversight for all manifestations of the visual BzzAgent brand to maintain quality and consistency across all internal and market-facing materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Creative Marketing Specialist duties will include the following responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive set of collateral and presentation templates, including:
    • Print, electronic and online collateral materials
    • Sales presentation slides
    • Proposal templates
    • Campaign Performance Reports
    • Board of Directors presentations
    • Various presentations for executives
    • Corporate templates + letterhead
    • Agent video for use in sales materials and client deliverables
    • Multimedia assets (e.g., flash development, video promotional reels)
  • Support Sales team, Proposal Writer and WOM Strategy team in the development of customized proposal and presentation materials.
  • Serve as project manager for the creation of materials that require additional internal or external resources (Web Dev, designers, agencies).
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive library of icons, images of program materials and other visual assets
  • Ensure all materials adhere to BzzAgent creative and branding guidelines.
  • Ensure that all outbound materials are regularly updated to reflect the most recent data and messaging
  • Work on highly confidential projects for senior management as required.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or related field or equivalent job experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates will demonstrate successful experience with the responsibilities detailed above, and will possess many if not all of the following important traits:

  • 2-5 years in marketing, design, or related field
  • Excellent visual design skills
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a compelling visual manner
  • Expert in PowerPoint, including complex formatting
  • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign and other graphic design software
  • Video editing skills a plus
  • Superb written and spoken communications skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational ability with great attention to detail
  • Strong team player with experience collaborating across multiple teams
  • Pro-active project management and attention to detail
  • Personable and professional

COMPENSATION

Compensation for this position will be competitive and commensurate with skills and experience; compensation will include base salary, bonus opportunities, the possibility of earned stock options, paid vacation, health, dental, 401(k) with a match, and many other perks!
