Job Description/Qualifications
You have at least 5+ years’ experience in interactive design or you hold a recent degree from an undergraduate or graduate human factors program, regardless of years of work experience. You can work on-site. You have planned and conducted research, generated audience insights, and designed customer experiences. Your skills should include:
Interaction Design:
- Information architecture
- Conceptual design, functional design and modeling audiences, processes & tasks.
- Documentation, such as site maps, wireframes, flow charts or use cases, functional & presentation specifications, and style guides
Collaboration:
- Partnership with technology on design feasibility
- Partnership with design team on visual design integrity
- Partnership with Clients on business REQ & Goals
Research and Analysis
- Planning and direction of appropriate research
- Application of research methodology to research plans
- Competitive or content assessments
- Analysis and implementation of research results
