Openings:

Copywriter

Can you conceptualize and write creative copy for interactive, audio and video mediums? Digital Influence Group has immediate openings for copywriters with 4-7 years experience working in an interactive, marketing and/or advertising agency environment.

Digital Influence Group Copywriters are responsible for contributing to the conceptual development of, as well as composing and editing copy for all interactive projects. As a key member of the Creative team, they produce work that effectively communicates the client's strategy with creative distinction. Our Copywriters work closely with Art & Creative Directors through all stages of conceptual development, as well as with the Social Media Marketing team to translate business requirements into compelling content that reflects the client’s brand identity and users’ needs. He/she will be involved in projects throughout their lifecycle, from actively participating in brainstorms to delivering finalized content to the client. The Copywriter reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Creative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in related field
  • 4-7 years experience writing copy, preferably in an interactive advertising setting
  • Demonstrated ability to write multiple ‘types’ of copy: site content, short and long form creative copy
  • Must be able to organize and present concepts in a clear manner
  • Capability to function under tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Great eye for details and strong organizational skills required

Director, Social Media
If you have worked for an interactive agency, established a proven track record managing social media marketing campaigns and have superior client service skills – we want to hear from you!

Digital Influence Group has an immediate position for an intelligent, organized and highly motivated Director, Social Media.  Digital Influence Group Directors conceptualize strategies to enrich social media marketing programs for clients, and are responsible for leading account teams in the creation and execution of digital marketing and digital media relations strategies. They assist senior leadership with overall client services, market research, project management and presentation duties.  The Director, Social Media reports directly to the VP, Social Media.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related business field, 5+ years experience in the development of interactive marketing programs, and proven knowledge/familiarity of the social media landscape
  • Marketing, Interactive or Advertising agency experience required
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously with different groups, as well as the ability to delegate and manage tasks accordingly
  • Demonstrated writing and proofreading skills, effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Director, Delivery
Have you led teams of skilled producers? Digital Influence Group has an immediate position for a Director, Delivery. Digital Influence Group’s Director, Delivery is responsible for leading and directing our team of senior level producers for the successful execution of specific interactive and video projects within Digital Influence Group’s various client accounts.

The Director not only oversees the team here, but will be responsible for implementing and streamlining internal production processes, as well as have the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and be hands on in all phases of the project management lifecycle.  The Director will help to manage client expectations and foster communication within the Digital Influence Group team.  The Director, Delivery reports to the Senior Vice President, Creative Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree, plus 6+  years of related experience (including experience in an interactive marketing or advertising agency)
  • Proven ability to manage interactive production teams, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Client facing experience with professional presentation skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills, effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills are a must
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects, including risk, change and communications management; demonstrated ability to liaise between and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams, with strong knowledge of web-based project management
  • Knowledge & experience with Microsoft Project & Visio preferred
    PMP certification a plus
