Current programs in our Diversity Network include:

• The Rosoff Awards: Established in 1996 by Arnold Rosoff, founder of what is now Arnold Worldwide, these awards are New England’s premier recognition of corporate workplace Diversity. Over the years, The Rosoff Awards have recognized companies such as Sovereign Bank, Deloitte, The Boston Red Sox, Hill Holliday, Raytheon, Holland & Knight, and many more.

• The Diversity Summer Internship Program: The Ad Club’s Diversity Internship program is one of New England’s most competitive for advertising and marketing students. Twelve – Fifteen students are selected for summer internships at some of the most well-known agencies and brands in New England – these have included Digitas, Staples, Harvard Magazine, Arnold Worldwide, FitCorp, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and more.
