The Ad Club’s Diversity Initiatives are designed to promote greater diversity in our industry and reward best practices of companies.We strive to open the eyes of bright young people from diverse backgrounds to the professional possibilities our industry offers. And to connect them with businesses who could benefit from their invaluable perspectives. To that end, The Ad Club offers internships and scholarships for college students interested in pursuing a career in marketing, advertising, media and communications.The Rosoff Awards recognize, reward and stimulate diversity initiatives which have a positive economic and social impact on an organization or a community. The awards are named in honor of Arnold Z. Rosoff, founder of Arnold Worldwide and an avid supporter of diversity in the workplace.The links on the left allow students to apply for an Internship or Scholarship and companies to apply for a Rosoff Award.
