Adnetik® Takes Multinational Lead on Privacy Self-Regulation by Selecting Evidon as its Exclusive Provider of Compliance Services

    First Independent Trading Desk to Sign with DAA-Approved Regulatory Service Provider

    Boston, MA (March 30, 2011) - Adnetik today announced that it has chosen Evidon as the exclusive provider of compliance services for management of the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising.  The agreement gives Adnetik access to Evidon’s Assurance Platform, Evidon InForm.  By using Evidon as the technology platform to deliver in-ad notification across multiple regions starting with the United States, Adnetik is positioning themselves as a segment leader in online compliance and self-regulation. 

    Through the partnership, Adnetik will use Evidon’s industry-standard method for demonstrating compliance with the DAA program.  Evidon InForm enables simple and scalable implementation of the Advertising Option Icon into display ads and websites, and gives consumers access to and control over how their information is collected and used, with the option of opting out altogether.
