Majja Dennis and Doug Gould Join Allen & Gerritsen

Watertown, MA (March 28, 2011)undefined  Building on three momentous years of revenue growth and expansion, Allen & Gerritsen (a&g) CEO Andrew Graff has appointed Majja Dennis and Doug Gould to help lead the next generation of the agency.  Dennis has joined a&g in the newly created position of Executive Vice President, Marketing, while Gould has been named Creative Director.

As part of this move, Gould has been reunited with his long-time creative partner Eivind Ueland to help lead the renewed creative efforts of the agency.

“I knew off the bat I’d be working with someone I trust, in an environment that fosters the essential mix of digital, social and traditional capabilities to make an impact on our clients’ business,” said Gould.

With both additions hailing from Hill Holliday, Dennis most recently served as SVP, Group Account Director on the Chili’s and J.M. Smucker/Dunkin Donuts accounts, while Gould, as SVP, Creative Director spent 16-years working on clients such as John Hancock, Anheuser-Busch, CVS Pharmacy, LoJack, Dunkin Donuts, and Rockport.

“Watching the tremendous growth of a&g from the outside over the past years, I wanted to work with the people who'd made that happen,” said Dennis.  “My role now is to help the agency continue that pace and do it in a way that continues to deliver breakthrough thinking and ideas for our clients.”

In the newly created position of Executive Vice President, Marketing at Allen & Gerritsen, Dennis will be a key part of the agency's vision team representing marketing/client relationship management and will be charged with refining the marketing and client procedures and protocols.  In addition, she will lead the charge for the agency’s approach to client retention and growth, as well as work closely with Business Development bringing in new clients to the agency.

“Through Majja and Doug’s experience on major national brands, we’ll be able to capitalize on new areas of business growth,” said Andrew Graff, CEO of Allen & Gerritsen.  “They will complement our agency’s convergence of brand strategy, unbridled creativity, high-impact media and connection technologies.”
