    Boston agency adds public relations to its in-house expertise with industry veteran

The new practice within the 25-year old agency is focused on public relations and social media. MaryBeth Vrees, an award-winning media, public relations, and marketing veteran is leading the group as VP, director of strategic communications.

She also created an executive media training course, training over 400 people coast to coast, including a 2008 U.S. Presidential candidate. MaryBeth spent the first half of her career in television news as an anchor and reporter at TV stations across the country. She has developed leading-edge public relations, advertising and marketing strategies for clients such as Borders and Ford, and managed internal communications at America Online (AOL). She has won over 90 awards and received an Emmy nomination.
