VOXMARKETING LAUNCHES TWO CAMPAIGNS IN BUSY FIRST QUARTER
With two very different bank clients on opposite coasts, VOXmarketing is launching two new brand campaigns in the first quarter of 2011.
In December 2010, VOX picked up new client Professional Business Bank in Pasadena, CA. Professional Business Bank serves business in the San Gabriel Valley area of Los Angeles County, offering a full array of products and services specifically designed to meet the needs of local businesses. The focus is on providing a high level of personalized customer service that isn’t offered to small and mid-sized businesses by big banks.
Last month, VOX completed a rebranding initiative for the bank, including a new logo, corporate identity materials, exterior signage, website, print ads, billboards, and email campaign. The advertising highlights the bank’s relationships with local businesses, and features several local business owners. “Our customers are the number one reason we’re in business, and we thought it fitting that we recognize their importance,” said Professional Business Bank President Mary Lynn Lenz. Early response to the campaign has been very positive.
Launching this week is a fully integrated advertising campaign for local client Rockland Trust. With 69 branches in Eastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod, Rockland Trust offers the personal attention of a community bank combined with the resources available at larger banks, while resisting the recent trend to generate more income through fees at the expense of their customers.
“Many other banks have eliminated free checking and now charge fees for things like cashing checks, paper statements, and ATMs, but not Rockland Trust,” said Ralph Valente, Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing. “We’ve made a commitment to the customer to keep those things free, and we’re focusing on that commitment in our advertising.”
Rockland Trust will run a heavy advertising schedule starting the first week of April on local TV, radio, online and on billboards throughout the region. Ad spend is estimated to be approximately $1 million for the campaign, which runs through May. The new TV spots can also be seen at www.blog.voxmarketing/freeness.
