     Allen & Gerritsen and Bright Horizons Collaboration Wins Sitecore Site of the Year Award

    Customer experience management platform selects Bright Horizons website as one of year’s best

    April 28, 2014 – Today, Allen & Gerritsen announced that the Bright Horizons Family Solutions website, built in collaboration with the leading provider of early education, has won a Site of the Year 2013 Award from customer experience management platform Sitecore.

    This annual distinction recognizes Sitecore customers who have developed the most outstanding websites using the software. The Sitecore solution allowed Allen & Gerritsen to build a platform that initiates a dialogue spanning multiple channels with customers, in part by integrating social media tools to connect with visitors at each stage of their decision-making process. The site provides dynamic multimedia content to support browsing on mobile devices and delivers a flexible solution to convert prospects into customers. The agency even put the control in the hands of over 600 centers to use Sitecore to manage their individual websites, allowing individual Bright Horizons locations to update content in real time.

    The Sitecore implementation continues to be a success story for Bright Horizons. To date, the new platform has increased site visits, inquiries, and average time spent on the site.
